Break the Chains CIO is a Christ centred charity that exists to encourage, support, and enable all people everywhere to live life well and fulfil their God given potential. Our vision is “In Unity, and in the power of The Holy Spirit, we will restore, renew and rebuild people in body, mind, spirit and soul” (Isaiah 58 & 61).
